You will have a Rental Agreement with The Arboretum.
If you choose to book here, we will create a custom contract for you, but here are the blank agreements to review:
2. All Weddings that are held at the Arboretum will require (at minimum) an Event Management package with Holleday Productions.
As the Arboretum is a very sensitive property, it is important that whoever is in charge that day is equipped to keep an eye on the big picture, and the best interests of everyone- the client, the property, and the vendors. At a minimum, one of our team members will assist you with day-of Event Management.
We can also provide Full Event Production, Floral, and Event Design, and anywhere in between, depending on your needs.
We have attached our Event Planning Packages, which include pricing, below to get you started.
3. At the Arboretum, Holleday Productions will also serve as your primary Rental Equipment provider.
The “Basics” are assumed within the listed inclusions in the Investment Guides, but there so are many options to choose from!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Your Catering and Bartending vendors at the Arboretum must be vetted and pre-approved by Holleday Productions.
The following document contains many great vendors that already have approval to work at our rustic venue.
Have a Caterer in mind already who is not on the list?
If you are considering hiring a food or beverage vendor that is not already approved on our list, please have them email us at weddings@thearb.org, to begin the approval process. They will also need to complete the Arboretum’s Catering & Bartending Agreement, which is attached below.

Can’t Wait to see it in person?
The Arboretum operates on a seasonal basis, between May 1 - October 31.
During the season, you are welcome to visit the Arboretum anytime during business hours, 9-4, Wednesday – Sunday (closed every Monday & Tuesday).
The Visitor Center staff will waive your admission fees, and can provide you with a self-guided tour map of the Arboretum's wedding areas, or you can use the digital version attached below.
We have very limited availability for tours by appointment during the off season, and the three miles of unpaved forest service road to get to The Arboretum can be very treacherous to drive on during the winter.
If at all possible, we strongly encourage future clients to visit during the regular season of May 1 - October 31 when the Arboretum is at its best.
