Set your supplies up exactly how you envision them, and take a photo (or photos) for us! Then, attach at the CLICK HERE buttons below.
You can also attach inspiration photos that you have found elsewhere, if that will give us the basic information that we will need.
If we are providing an extended design service for you, then we already know these details and you can probably skip most (or all) of this FORM #3.
You can also email us these photos directly, but the format below will allow us to safely share photos through Dropbox.
If you do not already have a Dropbox account, then you will need to create a (FREE) one.
FORM #4: GUEST SEATING DETAILS
How will the guest seating be organized? We want all the specifics!
YOU MAY NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM #4 IF:
You will not have table assignments for your guests.
You WILL HAVE table assignments for guests, but WILL NOT have specific seat assignments, AND are providing your own Seating Chart Sign.
YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM #4 IF:
IF you will have table assignments for guests, AND will have specific seating assignments with name cards or similar, THEN you will need to provide us with a detailed seating chart that you have designed, AS WELL AS complete the FORM #4 below.
2. IF we are providing and creating your Seating Chart Sign, THEN you will need to complete this FORM #4 below.
