WHAT RENTAL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ARBORETUM?

The following items are required (but not limited) to be rented from Holleday Productions:

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED COST TO GET MARRIED AT THE ARBORETUM?

Every wedding is unique but the typical wedding for around 100 guests costs anywhere from $25,000-$35,000.

Again, this is just an estimate and is based on the vendors you choose and their pricing.


WHEN CAN I TOUR THE ARBORETUM?

We have limited availability for tours by appointment only, and appreciate at least two weeks’ notice, if possible, to be able to accommodate a tour in my schedule.

The Arboretum is closed for the winter season from November 1st - May 1st. 

2023 WINTER SEASON HAS BEEN EXTREME, AND TOURS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL MAY 1st.

When open, you are welcome to visit the Arboretum anytime during business hours, 9-4, Wednesday – Sunday (closed every Monday & Tuesday).  The Visitor Center staff will waive your admission fees, and can provide you with a self-guided tour map of the Arboretum's wedding areas.


CAN I HIRE VENDORS NOT ON YOUR LIST?

We provide you with a list of our preferred vendors; you can view them here.

Catering and Bartending vendors must be pre-approved.

If you have your heart set on using a vendor that is not listed, we are happy to discuss venue requirements with them.


DO YOU OFFER ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES?

We do not offer pre-prepared all inclusive packages at this time, and prefer to customize the package for each client. However, we can provide many of the services you are looking for, so an all-inclusive experience is still available!
